1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 2 PM

Check-out: By 10:30 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability at a supplementary charge.

2. Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer airport transfer services for our guests at a supplementary charge. Please inform us of your flight details at least 72 hours in advance to arrange this service.

3. Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included with your stay. Enjoy a delicious selection of local and international dishes each morning. Alcoholic beverages are not included and will be added at a supplemental rate. 

4. Do you have Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the guest house for all guests.

5. Are pets and children allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests and reservations are exclusive to adults over 18 years old. 

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Base Rate reservations are refundable only if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Reservations booked under Non-Refundable Rates must be paid in full at the time of booking. These payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.

7. Do you have parking available?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for our guests.

8. Are there any additional fees?

There may be additional fees for services including but not limited to restaurant, lunch baskets, transfers  or excursions.

9. Can I request special dietary accommodations?

Yes, we can accommodate special dietary needs or preferences. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or requirements at the time of booking.

10. What activities or excursions are available?

We offer a day excursion to the wild Green island, located right in front of us, which can include a pic Nic basket curated from our chef. 

Antigua offers a range of activities and excursions, including boat tours, snorkeling trips, and island tours. Our concierge team can assist with arranging these experiences and providing recommendations.

11. Should I rent a car in Antigua?

Car rental is recommended to explore the island, our team can assist you if you need to rent a vehicle, just let us know at the time of your booking. 

12. Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Our minimum stay requirement is of three nights.

13. Do you have a swimming pool or fitness center?

While we do not have a swimming pool or fitness center, we can recommend local options for exercise and recreation.

14. What should I do if I have special requests for my stay?

Please contact us directly with any special requests or preferences, such as room arrangements or celebration arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate them.

15. Are lunch and dinner included in the rate?

Breakfast is included in your room rate while lunch and dinner are à la carte menus and are not included in the room rate as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.  

16. Will the restaurant be open if I book the property for exclusive use? 

When booking the property for exclusive use the restaurant will be closed to the public allowing for intimacy and exclusivity. Our chef can be available for your private service at a supplemental charge.
